Would you move solely for economic reasons?

I'm thinking about returning to a local community college to upgrade my skills, then moving back to Indianapolis if I can't find a better job here. In many ways this town isn't so bad -- the cost of living is pretty low, and my family is here -- but the job market here stinks, and has stunk for years. What do you think?

For me personally, I absolutely hate moving, and hate very few things ;)
