I did not know that there were other "Daytime Vegetarians"
I started this a few weeks ago. Not eating meat chicken or egg between sunrise and sundown. The 7:30ish sundowns are making this tough.

But hey, I went all of 2010 without eating a french fry.... or dry cleaning.

Hummus is goooood.

6. Look don't turn this into one of those cooking threads
where everyone tells me how great brussel sprouts can be if you properly smother it to the extent that you could make dirt palatable.

Okay two of you got me on that. :spank:

3. I'm kind of a "eat meat on the weekends" person
whatever that is called -- Flexatarian maybe?? I find vegan eating easy until the bbq gets lit on Sunday night! You're right hummus is good -- I am having hummus, pita chips, salad and homemade minestrone soup tonight, with poached pears and walnuts for desert. YUM!
