Mom is giving her 8 year old daughter Botox injections - hoping to make her a star
Edited on Thu Mar-24-11 10:47 AM by LynneSin
OMG, what 8 year old needs Botox injections???!!! Hell look at Lindsay Lohan, she never needed them but got botox injections and how her face looks really messed up and a bit disturbing. BTW, the woman lives in San Francisco. I hope someone is calling child services. Poor kid is so whack she's obsessed about wrinkles at age 8 and already wanting a nose & boob job.

I’m injecting my eight-year-old with Botox and getting her body waxes so she’ll be a superstar

LIKE other eight-year-old girls, Britney Campbell loves dancing to Lady GaGa, is fond of fashion and enjoys putting on make-up.
But Britney's beauty regime goes way beyond playing with Mummy's lippy.

Once every three months, Britney climbs on a beautician's table and watches as mum Kerry prepares needles of Botox and fillers to be injected into her face.

Beautician Kerry, 34, from Birmingham, buys the substances online and injects them into her daughter's forehead, lips and around her eyes.

The beauty-pageant obsessed single mum also takes her to have her body waxed, in a bizarre bid to stop her growing hair when she eventually hits puberty.

Kerry says these shocking and potentially dangerous treatments will guarantee Britney becomes famous as a teenager.

23. kids that age don't know how to make their own decisions
She believes she wants it because mom drilled it into her head that she wants it. She's too young to know what the fuck she really wants.

9. The body waxing doesn't even make sense. Nobody is famous for not having body hair.
This is all the mum's doing. The mom orders the botox online and injects the kid herself.

If I ever get to meet Kurtwood the first question I would ask him is "exactly how much time DID you spend with my Dad preparing for the role of Red Foreman?"

13. unfoturnately, Mother, your wish has come true. --
Your child is now famous and so are you.
She is now known for being abused
and you are now known for being insane.
All accomplished by the ripe old age of eight.

20. Frequent waxing sometimes has the OPPOSITE effect...
I waxed my eyebrows for probably five years; I stopped (and changed to electrolysis, which worked) when the fucking hair regrew the next day.

The thing about the Botox is, if you don't already have wrinkles the Botox ain't gonna help. Same deal with hyaluronic acid fillers. And seriously, I can't think of a reason why an 8-year-old would have significant wrinkling.

The other thing that catches my eye is, her mother takes her to be waxed (which is something a beautician is trained and licensed to do) but does injectables herself? Very strange.

26. I knew 2 girls whose mom got them butterfly tattoos when they were really young (FACE TATTOOS)
I thought maybe they were henna but was told they were the real thing.

It's one thing to let your kid get a tattoo that early in life but geez, the face? The rest of their lives they'll have to show off those tattoos even if they don't like them.

24. don't believe this is real. first, the sun is practically the national enquirer...and second,..
there's this:

"Worryingly, Britney - whose research scientist dad died four years ago aged 83 - regards the injections and waxing as part of normal life."

assuming "83" isn't a typo, I definitely don't believe that.

25. Maybe her mom reads Lounge threads about dead actresses.
Maybe she feels like her kid needs to understand early what men want from her and all the many ways she doesn't measure up to someone's ideal, whether that ideal is old dead women or hot live ones. She'll never be hot enough to please the Lounge, but at least her mom is trying to teach her that, darnit. You can never be insecure enough about your hotness.
