4th time a charm?

I was stood up by a company 3 times last week for a job interview. Here's where my stubbornness and never give up attitude comes into play. Because of my field being such a small world, I did not complain to the interviewer's boss about his unprofessional behavior. HOwever doing some networking, his boss's name came up 3 times and I am about to email her about things and name drop.

The position was posted again, this time in a more urban part of the state (frankly front and center of where the action is). So I applied again.

Can you spare a few that I at least get to talk to these guys on the phone? I'd have to uproot myself 1000 miles temporarily but I feel it's worth it.
