Bearing these data in mind, how is it not classifiable as bioterrorism when someone unloads in a crowded and or confined space?

2. Isn't it? I would argue that all too often it is

I mean, we all have to do it. Just like we all have to use the toilet. But you just try doing that in a public space.

Maybe I just know way too many uncouth jackasses, but there are clearly people who do it in private, and others who glory in sharing as much as possible.

Anyhow, having Ecoli in your gut isn't a crime. But why cant propelling it to my mouth be one?
