on my Rottweiler. It paid a bit over half the vet bills, which is better than nothing. Unfortunately, I had to put my Rottie down in July, but it even paid for that. I have 3 small dogs, but do not have insurance on them yet. Beware, most pet insurance will not cover dogs over 7 years old. And if you have a large breed like my Rottweiler, the cost is higher than smaller breeds.

We're just planning on adopting one soon.
Most plans don't seem to cover things like vaccinations. But they do those cheap at PetCo every other week so I'm fine with that.
