a question about roosters

one of our local, running free, roosters sometimes will make a call that isn't the usual cockadoodle sound.

it is a constant loud, screechy, cack, cack, cack sound. like 10 or 15 times in a row. and it sounds like he is moving around the area. is that an alarm sound? or?

I'm not up on chicken language so just wondered what it means.

thanks for any feedback.
