1. It's better than anything they have ever done before.
I kinda like it.

2. The new album is getting rave reviews...
...I don't think I've heard anyone utter a negative word. Most people are saying "Best album since...(insert favorite Foo Fighters album here)."

3. I knew it was going to be good with Lemmy involved!
I'm not surprised that he's there, because Dave Grohl loves Lemmy and has worked with him (playing) more than once.

I heard the same things you did about the album; I also heard that it was hard rocking, which has me psyched. (I'm not a huge Foo Fighters fan; there are songs I like a lot and others I'm not crazy about--my opinion depends on how hard the song rocks.)

I loved the tune in the video. Did you see them on SNL tonight? I just saw them and I loved both songs they did. Looking forward to hearing the album.

4. I missed SNL, but the album is a killer.
One "slow" song, a couple that bait you with slow in the beginning and BLAM!, and the rest are melodic, in-your-face rockers in the best Foo Fighters tradition. Grohl & Company are absolutely on top of their game on this one.

:toast:

5. You've already heard the album?
Cool! One of the songs they did on SNL was one of those slow starters that went BLAM!
