With regard to your coworkers, if you suspect one of them of toking, try to find a way to mention it casually. Most dealers would be more than happy to have a little more business, especially in this economy.

but people openly sell and smoke weed, and they don't do anything about it. That is not what they are there for. Since Bonaroo is held on private property, they can do that.

like a factory or maybe a hoapital, is likely to have a dope scene. Especially one that employs a lot of guys. You might also try craigslist, but be cautious dealing with folks you don't know well.

Everywhere is medical marijuana; try Craigslist for clinic locations. Clinics operate in all 50 states, in the gray area bewteen legal and no. Ask your doctor for a scrip or ask them to recommend someone who will.

Get it at a clinic, it's the best there is.
