I just took my wheelchair on a trip to the kitchen. Nothing strange about that- the passage to the kitchen is just wide enough for my chair to get through it, and I zipped through, no problem. However...

Just a minute later I started to head back toward my room, and was stopped cold- there was a full spray can of room freshener sitting upright in the middle of the passage floor.

Now if it had been there before I would have seen it and run over it. If it had fallen off something to the floor I would have heard it, and it's doubtful it would have landed upright anyway. In any case I have no idea where it had been- I'd never even laid eyes on it before that moment.

So I guess that's my first encounter with a poltergeist. Creepy, but cool!
