First Day in her Forever Home. Meet "Patch"
Edited on Sat Apr-16-11 02:11 PM by alphafemale
We're hoping she'll let us know her one of her more elegant names soon.

Sorry but "Patch" just doesn't seem to be a "match" for such a sweet girl.

5. I think we've settled on Sophie. She likes it and responds to it.
Though we'll probably spell it weird. Cause we're weird. Like Psoghi. Just because I like to make the girls at vets do the wide eye blinkblink thing.

Is...pause...Pah-so-gee here?

6. She looks like one of my kitties.
Right down to the dirty, black nose. Only, mine is a "he". I'm not good at naming cats, but perhaps "Patch" in another language might foot the bill: http://translate.google.com

7. My dear alphafemale!
She is a cutie!

We had a cat a long time ago, that looked a bit like yours. My husband wanted to call her Blotch. Good grief!:eyes:

I talked him out of it.

We ended up calling her "Muon." It's a sub-atomic particle, and she was our sub-atomic cat!

(My husband is a physicist, lol!)

Enjoy your new kitty, no matter what you call her...

:hi:

9. Rorschach might work.
Since you're into weirdness. It would probably still get a good WTF? from the vet techs.

Congratulations, and let the spoiling begin.

and

BF says you know I only agreed to a cat to make you happy. BF had mentioned how many pet cats he had had as a kid.

BF voice goes up 2 octaves when petting cat for first time.
