i have a drug problem.

after months of abstaining during a fruitless job search, 2 weeks ago a shared a doobie with a friend. of course, 1 week later i get a job offer, and monday i get the whizz quiz.

I always heard pickle juice did the trick. If nothing else, drink LOTS of water. Helps to flush out the system.

Also take some multivitamins so your pee has color. I have been stoned while taking a pee test and passed. Trust me the trick is to drink lots and lots of water so you are peeing pure tap water when you take the test. With that little bit of smoke, you are most likely clean anyway as long as you abstain until the test.

Ask for a product called GHF Flush. They usually don't stock it on the shelves, they keep it behind the counter.

It costs about $35. It comes in different fruit flavors. Follow the directions. It works great.

I don't know if I'd follow the advice about Golden Seal. Although GS is a great way to purge toxins out of your body, it works in a kind of 'slow-release' method that might actually release more THC into your body. You really need a month or so if you're going to use herbal methods.

If you've only used once in the last few weeks, you'll probably pass if you just drink a lot of water between now and Monday. But if you use GHF, you can be absolutely sure.

8. This was told to me by someone that had friends in prison....

and I've done it before. Once with no other "help", and another time in conjunction with some nasty f..ing stuff I had to drink without puking. (I puked anyway - but managed to keep most of it down)

ANYWAY - supposedly (I passed 2 unexpected tests and did this in both - conincidence, or it works, I'm not entirely sure) after rubbing alcohol evaporates it leaves a residue that does something to wipe out the bad stuff in the urine.

The person that told me about it said you dip your finger in alcohol and let it dry - not touching anything to rub it off. Then, when giving your "sample" you pee on your finger - rinsing the residue into the cup. Then he warned me that a lot of times they make you wash your hands first....

What I did was get a cottonball, and rip part of it off, then saturate it in rubbing alcohol. After it dried I stuck it in my bra, and headed to the clinic. When inside, I took the cotton out of my bra and stuck it in my cup, swished it around, fished the cotton out and wrapped it in toilet paper before throwing it in the toilet.

I don't know if it's clinically proven to work - but that seemed to work for me. I advise you to do as many things as you can to ensure you pass your test.

The other things I've heard that haven't been mentioned are to take a LOT of Niacin, Goldenseal, and drink lots and lots and lots of fluids. Fluids I've heard of including vinegar - as well as water, pickle juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, etc.

You're doing pretty well already - not having embibed in 2 months, then only doing it once, 2 weeks ago. Also - if you're very skinny you're better off, as it stores in fat cells.

Good luck! I find it very frustrating that someone can close down a bar every night after work but can smoke a doob once in awhile for fear of not getting a job.

If this was the first time in a a few months, you should be clean. Single use is generally only detectable up to about 72 hours after. Habitual use can last up to 12 weeks after the last dose.

18. Former sailors told me they took niacin

(over the counter for a few bucks from any drug store). 1 pill a few hours before the test and you should be fine. It does make your skin flush for a few minutes which they referred to as a "navy sunset".
