This might have been posted here before, but it bears repeating. Found this great website where you can send books and other small items to service people who post on their forum. I think this is a great way to help the troops! I've started my spring cleaning and was thinking of dragging a load of old paperbacks to my local Goodwill. Now, the Goodwill is certainly worthy, but they usually have loads of books anyway, and the GIs have a lot of down time and sucky morale.

I have an extra DU bumpersticker..... hmmmm....... ;-)

2. One soldier specifically requested Clark's book!
Someone already responded and is sending it! I think for the most part we should send what they request and similar materials. Some request "anything," so maybe they would appreciate it!

The site suggests that you send books requested by the soldiers.

I wouldn't send strongly political material unrequested.
