1. Brian's. Hands down.

It is what he meant it to be, not what was left when the Capitol execs and Mike Love were done carving it up like a thanksgiving turkey.

Saw the "Smile" show when Brian took it on tour. Minneapolis was the tour's opener. One of the two or three best shows I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely off the charts. Hearing those five- and six-part harmonies live was thrilling, the band was perfect and Brian, after clearly seeming anxious for the first part of the show, really got into it. During the encore (Beach Boys hit after Beach Boys hit after Beach Boys hit) the crowd was on its feet singing along - and the crowd ranged from teens to 60-somethings - and Brian was "conducting" the throng from behind his keyboard. A magical evening.

And Brian has truly gotten over his stage fright
