Why when I lived in Perry County, Kentucky, the most th county magistrate would give us was one of those little half-pint booze bottles!

My wife was running an errand down near the courthouse on voting day once, and they practically dragged her in to vote. She's Korean, looks it, wasn't a citizen of the US at the time - they tried to get her to vote anyway, and to bribe her. That was a fun place to live, I tell ya! I remember having dinner at the mayor's house, when the local power brokers were sitting around with toddys after supper figuring out whose turn it was to be mayor. I had to go to the bathroom, and came real close to getting selected while off pissing.
