Would you ever cheat on your diet? |
|
Be it Atkins, South Beach, etc..
Or, have you ever cheated? What went wrong? Did you ever forgive yourself?
And, were you finally able to restore your healthy relationship with you and your diet?

2. I eat sensibly rather than "dieting" |
|
That way I can have the occasional indulgence without feeling guilty and going into a spiral.

3. I have a problem with diet commitment, so I haven't had a chance to cheat. |

I'm in the maintainence phase of Atkins.
I've cheated this week:
I've eaten french fries, hamburger bun, hot dog bun, and today I had a bowl or tortelloni for lunch. All no nos for Atkins.
But that's OK. I'll just get back on an earlier phase for a few days and reset my carb desires. No harm no foul.
edit: You should never deprive your self if there is something you want. If you put it off, you'll wind up consuming more than if you had just eaten a serving in the first place and gotten it out of your system.
