What we REALLY should be calling George W. Bush!
I think of Bush this way, like these "banana republic" dictators from old TV shows and movies. "El Presidente."
Corrupt, clownish and incompetent.
And of course anyone who says that about "El Presidente" gets harrassed and/or thrown in jail.
