I feel funky

Now I feel useless and I'm worried that people are mad at me.

I think he is just annoyed with the current situation and wants to play EQ all day.

I think he is in fact, addicted at this point. I mean that in a very serious way. I was addicted to EQ too.

7. Guilt complex - I get like that too...

something about being sick and/or under-the-weather, sleeping most of the day away, fills me w/ a sense of dread and depression. I feel like I have been really BAD.

Try to go easy on yourself, our culture is so hyper-manic and outer-directed that any kind of inactivity seems to most of us like a betrayal of the social contract. It's not, and sometimes you just need to check out and take care of your health.

Just give yourself permission and go with it. :)

2. I'm sick too

Sleepy, sore throat, cough, runny nose, then a stuffy nose, then runny again, then headache, then cramps, then aches, then...

Oh and my doctor claims it's just allergies. Yeah, right.
