Just before the "sleeping boy" came on Keith Olberman, so I missed that (dammit!). But she wanted to know what price I got for the sale of my Dallas house (their house is on the market and has been severely under-appraised). I told her that I have a confidentiality agreement with the buyer not to disclose the selling price. Since it was a cash deal, sale-by-owner, with 99% of the terms (including price) going my way, I had no problem at all with the gag-agreement. The neighbors just don't understand. They think I owe it to them to disclose my selling price (which would boost their appraisal). Funny how they call me now. Mac, good buddy, etc.! I said "ask my buyer." I know he won't disclose. I think he is embarrased by how much he paid.
