The thing that finally did it for me was watching the documentary "sweet misery". I used to drink a six pack a day! My health did improve when I finally quit, but I still crave them sometimes. The best advice I can give is to just try to stick with filtered water for as long as you can. Even fruit juice can be a "gateway drink"!
