22. I don't exercise much on purpose.
I do some basic stretching here at home. I also have a set of hand weights which I am supposed to use to strengthen my upper back; sometimes I remember.

That's it. The rest of my exercise comes from life:

I garden and do a lot of yard work.

I ride my horse.

I walk my other horse, who is too young to ride.

I also groom my horses and clean their pens.

I load, haul, and unload feed.

I hike; or at least I used to, when work schedule allowed me a life.

And every once in awhile I bathe my dog, which is more aerobic effort than any of the above.

It's the best form I think because there's not as great a shock on the joints as jogging or walking.

33. Here's what I do
I run about 25 miles a week o three days of the week (up to 50 if I'm building to a race). I lift weights three times a week, and I bike for three times a week. The most time consuming activity is the running, since my usual scheme of 7 miles one day, 8 miles the next, and 10 the last takes at least 45 minutes running time plus a half hour or so for cooling down, eating, etc.

1/2 hour on the treadmill every day (alternating walking/running in three minute incriments because I have bad knees and arches), and weight training three times per week at the gym--mostly upper body.
