Hooray for Mrs. Brown Rosenfeld
From Bob Boudelang's most excellent column...

Even Mrs. Brown Rosenfeld is impressed and said that she wonders if Dick Cheney can drink an entire glass of water while George W. speaks. I do not know why she thought that was funny, but she did.

I'm going to steal that one.

1. Great minds think alike....
Ted Rail had a cartoon showing the pair as ventriloguist and dummy, and Maureen Dowd called the planned testimony the "Charlie McCarthy Hearings."

Eleanor Clift, on the other hand, called them the Wizard of Oz hearings and said they showed who was actually behind the curtain--since they didn't trust the unelected drunk to speak without his handler.

Nancy Pelosi also had some good sharp things to say....she called it baffling and embarassing that a sitting president of the U.S. has to hold his vice president's hand.

By the way, for people who claim to have nothing to hide, the Pirates of Enron sure are acting guilty, aren't they?
