Where do you buy gas?
I refuse to go to Texaco since Chevron/Texaco ended their decades-long sponsorship of the Metropolitan Opera radio broadcasts. Don't want to patronize Exxon/Mobil either. And I'm sure all the other oil companies have committed horrible offenses that should csudr me to boycott them. So where do I go?

1. To be honest, I don't know who my local gas stations buy from
I just go to the local ones on the way home.

I go to Eddy's. Beat's me who he buys from.

4. Ooooohhhh Kwik Trip.....
Best. Gas Station Coffe. Ever.

Seriously, they do have kickass coffee for a gas station. I wish they'd put one up in my neck of the woods.

As for me... I patronize a BP station called Golden Sands that is about six blocks from campus. I go there because If you buy one of their BP travel mugs, you get free coffee, which is quite critical for the impovrished college student looking to stay awake for his 8:00 AM classes.

3. A Local Independant
I've discovered most of the majors with the exception of BP in my area get their gas at the same terminal.

8. Amoco
Great gasoline, my wife's car runs smoother and gets better mileage (2001 Metro LSI). As far as my 1985 Tercel wagon, I use Pure at a local independent station.

9. MacEwen or Mr. Gas, they are the only ones around here with ethanol
.
.
.

MacEwen is first choice though, they have more Ethanol in the blend,

and a higher Octane(89) at the same price as Regular(87)

< < LINK

From the Q and A:

Q: If I use ethanol blended gasoline, do I have to make any changes to my vehicle?

A: No. By using our ethanol blended gasoline no modifications are required on your vehicle. Other than it's benefit of a highoctane rating <89(R+M)/2 Method> it's no different than if you were filling your vehicle with unleaded fuel. By using our ethanol blended gasoline it will ensure that your fuel system is kept clean, and we can all experience a net reduction of pollution entering the atmosphere.

Q: If I use ethanol do I need gas-line antifreeze?

A: No. Since an ethanol blend contains up to 10% ethanol, it is able to absorb more water than a small bottle of isopropyl, therefore eliminating the need and expense of adding a gasoline antifreeze.

More at link (clik on the picture at the beginning)

And living in Northern Ontario,

not worrying about gas-line anti-freeze is a BIG plus!

Also, I noticed more power and better gas mileage too!
