21. I saw the Mad Dogs and Englishmen show years ago

at the Academy of Music In Philadelphia. (For those who don't know Philly, the Academy is a red velvet, gilded, crystal chandeliered 19th century opera house. )
Best concert I've ever been to.
It seemed that everyone in the orchestra seats was smoking weed, which drifted nicely up to us peasants in the balconies. At one point a dog that must have been traveling with the show wandered on stage, surveyed the audience, lifted his leg, peed on a amplifyer, and wandered off again.
Yup, Best concert I've ever been to.
Leon Russell was fabulous, of course, and yes, MFM, you DO look like him...like his better, angelic self.
