2. There's one hell of a blues band.
Not to mention not one but two, of the greatest blues songwriters ever. (Sonny Boy and Willie, for the uninitiated).

of opening for Willie and his band once, and hanging out drinking beer and eating ribs with him before the show. A kind and generous man, and that evening is one I'll never forget.

that's awesome man! that is a true memory to cherish. very cool indeed.

i first got introduced to Willie Dixon's music though The Grateful Dead and their covers of Little Red Rooster and Spoonful. good stuff.
