5. They bill themselves as a hot sauce but...
I would call it more of a spicy sauce. It is not very "Hot" but has an amazing flavor.

4. Rosemary
I have two small plant growing in a pot on my back porch. When I make dishes like chicken with a white wine sauce, I snip off a couple branches and throw them in the pan. What a great flavor!

Not sure why, maybe I used too much. Sweet Tomatoes has a tarragon tuna dish that tastes really good.

12. I love tarragon these days too! Try this pizza:
Black pepper crust (rub olive oil on bottom and edges; sprinkle with pepper)

No sauce, four white cheeses (ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, asiago), sliced fresh tomatoes, roasted pine nuts, tarragon.

OMG it's amazing.

17. Cinnamon.
I love sweets.

I have a very nice herb garden in pots on my patio. I use the mint in tea, and the other herbs in cooking. Nothing looks as nice as fresh sprigs of herbs as a garnish! And the bees love the flowers on the herbs. :)
