One can chunk tuna in water (drained) one heaping teaspoon of black pepper one heaping teaspoon of crushed hot red pepper flakes dabs of your favorite hot sauce, including habanero french dressing or ranch dressing instead of mayonnaise a pinch of whole cumin seed generous helping of rosemary sprigs some sweet pickle relish, to taste one large, chopped garlic clove or more quality mustard if available, skip if not Edit: a touch of Cinnamon if available
stir while toasting bread (makes two sammiches)
one slice quality cheddar cheese, one each to freshly toasted bread
Heat sammiches in microwave or pan-fry until cheese slightly melts/slightly runs
to enjoy
extra yummy with Tapatio flavored Doritos
