Been a lot of delays, reshoots and script rewrites for this, never a good sign. The '82 version is my fave horror/sci-fi pic of all time, so I'm really nervous about this one. Can't wait to see it, but I'm not getting my hopes up that this will be anywhere near as good as Carpenter's version was.

The original was a pretty cool, if now dated, 50's sci-fi creature pic. Carpenter's remake was almost undoubtedly one of the greatest horror films ever made. This version looks to be the proverbial third nipple.

This looks terrible. took a classic and turned into another bunch of young good looking people movie.
I would rather watch the 50's version than this POS.
