What would be your dream job? I'd like to work in a thinktank devoted to
the newsest liberal policies. One that is international. Of course I'd only be an assistant. But I'd get to learn something new every single day. You?

9. Tell me who's hiring for that position
I could actually put an impressive resume together for that job, and wouldn't even have to embellish anything

2. Majordomo for Robin Masters' beachfront estate on Oahu...
...or for any other absurdly wealthy character who never ever visits their vacation palace.

But I wouldn't have two Doberman Pinschers like Jonathan Quayle Higgins III. Instead I'd have a small pack of mutts I adopted from the animal shelter.

4. I often thought
I would like to be one of those people that wrote term papers for pay.

I never minded doing research papers--I always learned something from them. I wouldn't mind writing them for lazy students for money.

Of course, now they are a lot fussier about plagiarism than they were back in my student days!

5. I wish I could go back and write university papers again. I think so much more like an adult

now than I ever did when I was in university. I was a good kid who got sidetracked as a tween/teen. I couldn't think things through. I was a mixture of a short memory and self evasiveness.

7. Writer. I mean I AM a writer but I'd like it to be my only job and make plenty from it.
Takes SO much courage to put all your eggs in that particular basket though. I'm working on it but it isn't my only gig.

I gotta have room for improvement, right? ;-)

Actually, I'd like to be part of an organization making a truly unique, big engineering project. Like the space elevator, or building a floating city. That would be AWESOME!

As long as my articles weren't all "I spent a week exploring the streets and countrysides and a week sitting on the toilet."

Which is exactly how my last trip went. :hurts:

18. I'm still trying to figure it out (while I'm already doing it.)
Not the bank, I'm trying to start a new company on the shoestring (I'm trying to launch without any business debt whatsoever) doing messaging and social-media for NPOs, activism groups and politics. Some days, I think "We should do one-stop, everything: social-media, PR, web-design, development, graphic-design for campaigns, everything."; other days I think "Just do social-media and message-crafting. You can't do everything."

I really want to be a thought-leader and improve the way we message on the left. It seems preposterous to me that we cannot utterly dominate conservatism out of existence.
