Ever wish you could time travel back to the past or future? Ever think about what |
|
if you did....and then couldn't get back to the present? Ever think of that?

4. I thought this was an interesting question. |
|
I just couldn't think of a good enough answer!
I couldn't think of what time I would want to be transported to.... Maybe the 1960s, but then I wouldn't mind getting stuck there!

6. Conventionally, people make it back. |
|
I think about it two ways.
1) Odds of being caught in a time shift must be beyond infinitesimally small. So odds of it happening twice and returning to start must be beyond non-existent.
2) There is something so out of balance about time travel that the cosmos wants you returned to start.
The second option is more comforting.

7. I never thought about coming back... |
|
I'd be quite happy in 1970s NYC...the beginnings of punk, hip hop and disco... or hanging out with the Surrealists in 1920s Paris...

9. I'd go back to around 1870 and gladly stay there as long as my 'wealth' remained. |

11. I would want to go to the future but not be any older than I am now or |

going to the past would be fine as long as it was after daily bathing and indoor toilets became popular. :-)

12. I control what happens in |
|
my fantasies, so when I travel back in time, I can return to the present anytime I wish.
If it were for real, though, and I were stuck somewhere in the past, I would either be lauded as the most brilliant person in the world, or, depending where and when I was stuck, I'd be hanged as a witch.
