a couple Throwing Muses CDs: Throwing Muses (with Mercury, Pretty or Not etc) and Hunkpapa.
I don't dislike them, but they didn't move me to go out and track down the others.

I watched those videos I posted, and her voice is pretty instantly recognizable to me, so I should like her better than I apparently do. Those were kind of okay, but they didn't wow me.

I may never become a fan. Or maybe I just haven't got there yet.

Lots of Mark Knopfler, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Clash, Queen, Pink Floyd, Prince, Sam Phillips, Tori Amos, Miles Davis, John Coltrane.

I love Samba music aka Bossa Nova.

Some times I almost think I have no taste, since I have such range - heck, I like anything.
But I know that's not true, I just really like a lot of different stuff, but not everything in any genre.

Music is almost always playing in my place, so I need the range, lest it get boring and repetitive.

Today, I have moved on from "K' into "L' and am currently listening to Legendary Hits, a best of Allman Brothers thing. I had more of their music in the vinyl days, but they didn't transition well to CD, for whatever reason. I think the whole jam band thing has mostly left me.
