I was just looking through my FB page for the first time in a while and it was amazing that the people I know know so many other famous and infamous people. Connections fromo Bill Moyers to Billy Gibbons and 60's hard core radicals.

Some people, including well-known people, accept lots of FB friend requests. I have some FB friends who I don't really know personally. I also have a lot of FB friends who have famous FB friends; I know that some of them are folks that they know personally but I don't think they all are.

I've never been one of those people who knew everyone, though I often wished I was, but I've always known people who know people. I used to think about the six degrees of separation thing, and I found that there were a lot of folks who I wasn't that many degrees away from.
