Her name is Fanny Lu. I had heard the name and never bothered to look her up because of the name. She is smashing in lookism, from Colombia like Shakira.

The song is "Tu no eres para mi," You're not for me, and the video shows a girl and her galpals performing stick-pins-in-a-doll on a boyfriend with a wandering eye. So fun.
