Just talked to someone who is opening a turkish coffee cafe nearby. Sounds yummy.
I'd love to have a business selling used books but too bad that the whole book industry has changed to online books and e readers rather than retail establishments. So my dream died. I was fortunate enough to have a Sunday job in a second hand book store at one point though.

What business have you dreamed of working in/owning?
