1. Do you know about tart cherry juice?

It's supposed to be a great anti-inflammatory, as well as anti-oxidant.

And I've read it suppresses the symptoms of gout almost immediately.

4. well, I have heard marischino

and neither does much for me. Onions seem to help more than anything.
It would be nice to be able to afford to go to a doctor and get a prescription, but that is out of my price range until Medicare.
These days it doesn't bother me like it did when I was drinking vast amounts of beer.

The sheer goodies Kate (the Duchess of Cambridge) is wearing these days probably breathe nicely. Support hose or those built in girdly types, not so much!
