I'm pretty confident in saying that the reason MORE people didn't pile on in my MEGA-THREAD was that by the time we hit 300 posts it took forever to open on a DSL connection. God only knows when the dial-up people bailed on it.

But that one was important, we really did want to "keep a candle burning" for you, and we also wanted to make sure it was jam-packed with every ridiculous thing we could dream up.

So did Amerigo & everyone else who posted. If the Lounge HAD to be without MFM for awhile, at least we could keep your spirit around. As you can see by all the comments, though, it just wasn't the same without you! We tried, though. (Unless Kali was just being sweet, I could tell by her comments that we did capture the spirit of MFM.) :)

As you well know, it takes hours just to find a couple of pictures to build a post around, but I can't tell you how much fun I had doing it. With each idea, all I thought of was, 'I wish I could see MFM's face when he sees this one!'

As for the singing telegram, You are LUCKY that I'd never seen "The Fisher King". :rofl:

and decided to plunge in right before you headed for the hospital. You never knew you had me as a devoted fan who looked for your posts often.
