... my Father actually cooked something delicious. I am stunned the man can actually produce something edible like that, considering most of his "specialties" include eggs, gizzards and bell peppers (all of which traumatized me to the point where I can eat any of them).

with pineapple, vidalia onions, tomatoes, this incredible sauce...
and even the damn bones were spongy and delicious. Then it was grilled.

I lived in Houston for a while, and ZZ Top has a special place in my heart <3 - though I'm from New Orleans and blues/jazz are pretty much an addiction
