From the shelter. It was a good weekend (despite the snow!). I'll post pictures as soon as I get them put to the computer. (I fell in love with a puppy named Basil who I know I can't have because we don't have room in the house but he was just SO cute...)

Let me tell you how much I admire your dedication. You have a huge heart.

Seeing the puppy pic is bittersweet. We lost our dog Misty a week ago Thursday. I can't bring myself to get another dog yet. It still hurts too much.

4. Ohh Basil is so cute!

We have a dog from our local shelter that looks very much like Basil including the white stripe on the chest. She is a fabulous dog, a real charmer and although she is little she is the boss over our two big dogs.

I hope to meet you someday and give you the hug :hug: that I feel like giving you every time I see your shelter posts.
