Anybody here on Yahoo: Linked In? |
|
How does it work exactly? Do you like it?
Does it give contacts access to your email list?
TIA for any info.

1. I don't do the Yahoo version of chat or anything, but I do have profiles on Linked In. |
|
And I did let them use my address book to look for contacts.
I haven't regretted it, I wouldn't have allowed FaceBook to do that.

3. Well, I think FaceBook is more sneaky in their practices, less respectful of rights. |
|
And, I have a friend-- former intern with us, who moved on to Linked In, so if I ever have a problem I'll call Patrick.
Linked In made sense for keeping track of people I meet in my different business and educational endeavors, if they change jobs I can still find them.
The address book use worked out really well.
FaceBook, on the other hand, I use for friends more than anything, and I like to keep that separate from work.

I don't blame you for wanting to keep it separate :D
