Not a diet question, nor a food pyramid question.
I'm not that compliant, O.K.?!1, with rational, common sense things like watching what I (you, me) eat.


So, I caught myself in my latest rationalization. It wasn't that hard.


So, I ate this light, Mediterranean fish little plate. But 2 doors down there was this BAKERY and I bought $4 worth of sweet bread/pastry.

So, that day I ate TWO pastries. But the next morning I drank FIBER therapy with the attending water AND at lunch just had a SALAD. But since I was so good, I *did* follow up with the last two pieces of pastry.


Go ahead. I'm not even going to mention the word "balancing."
