I have six cats to de- flea. How do they all hear the silent loading of the syringe? |
|
I swear, as soon as I am ready, they're all invisible except for the really, really slow boy.
I guess it isn't a good delousing unless I drip half of the stuff on me trying to find them. :)

1. Really?!1 You do some nearly-technical procedures?!1 Questions: |
|
1) The obvious one: You deal with CATS?!1 (That would explain the Hugo thing.)
2) Words fail me, but I'll soldier on.
3) Sounds like cats are smart. I wouldn't know, I don't know any.
4) I'm still waiting for my red beret.
5) Saw the last half of "Elizabeth" last night (Cate BLANCHETT), wish you were here.

5. Cats can also hear your eyelids opening |
|
It's a fact. You could look it up. They can detect the flutter of my eyelids at 7:30 a.m., even if they are several rooms away. Food-yowling commences. FML.

6. Mine can/could hear me removing a can of tuna from the pantry shelf. |
|
They could hear it from the other side of the house. They only do/did this when I remove a can of tuna or salmon, and not a can of beans or other foodstuff. My remaining cat can hear me pick up the key to the deadbolt lock off of the mantle when I want to open up the back door. Sometimes, I try to be extra quiet about it, to a point where I can't hear it from a foot away. Yet, she comes running from wherever she is... How the hell do they do it???
