What is the best way to eat cheese? For me it is brie, on a cracker with red pepper jelly. Yummy!

Or if red pepper jelly isn't available then use antipasta in a jar. You can also use apple slices instead of crackers.

a few examples:

plop some butter in pan
brown bread on one side
turn over and put on cheese
brown on other side until cheese melts
add touch of mustard or salsa
eat

slice apple
smear with brie
eat

stir fry veggies
dump in bowl
sprinkle with grated cheese
eat
