What is the latest movie you have seen. Was it any good? I just saw "W." by Oliver Stone. It was
well done but I have to say that you need to be in the mood to see George W. Bush (Josh Brolin was so great in the role)..... and when does that ever happen?

4. Oh yeah, she's great.
But I fell in love with the Rachel character.

Both actors, Mirren and newcomer* Jessica Chastain, played her beautifully.

*New to me, anyway.

12. Same here. My favorite movie this year.
It will get nominated for something. Screenplay, I'm thinking. It was totally engrossing.

5. I saw 'W' a few months back and thought it really missed the mark
It wasn't badly made, nor badly acted... just wasn't the right tone, or the right writing for the subject matter...

6. I would have to agree. I think maybe it is that we actually have already lived the crisis that
was the horror of George W. Bush in power. It may play better to someone who didn't live through it.

7. Saw The Help a few weeks ago and found it overly long and
full of cartoonish stereotypes. Not a fan.

15. Return of the Living Dead 3.
It, um, wasn't ocscar-worthy.

But I loved it. Because I love almost all zombie movies.

And this one was a zombie romance!
