Either Veronica Mars* from the eponymous show or Lorelai Gilmore from Gilmore Girls.

Honorary mention goes to the Huntress from Birds of Prey.

I have a thing for sassy women and obscure references. I also am rather biased towards women who might be considered "non-traditional" for lack of a better way to put it. Although it's almost purely a character thing as I don't find the actresses nearly as attractive in other roles.

*Please note that any dating would only occur after the character turned 18, and that the actress was of legal age during the show so it's slightly less creepy.
