Home runs by Pudge Rodriguez, Rondell White (3-run) and Carlos Pena. Jason Johnson (1-0) gets the win, Roy Halliday (0-1) takes the loss. I'll be back with the National League scoreboard right after this.

Hey, the Tigs opened 0-9 last year and 0-11 the year before that. It's a great day to be a Tiger fan.
