Can I make bittersweet chocolate into milk chocolate |
just by adding milk and sugar? I know it sounds obvious, but is it that simple?

2. Now I'm thinking I'd like to make fudge sauce, like for hot fudge sundaes |
and all I have is really high quality bittersweet chocolate. I also have heavy cream. I think it will work if I add enough sugar, right?
