chances are... anyway. look at the yellow on his snowboard and look at the yellow on the flower... the balance is all off, sure they could be different yellows, it almost looks like the flower is under a flourescent light, as opposed to the sunlight the snowboard is under.

For example, check the hand holding the recorder in the right foreground. You can clearly see that this was taken from another photo with completely different lighting conditions.
Next, look in the background near the hand and see the shadow of a tree being cast on the ground. This shows a light source coming from right to left across the frame. But Kerry and his snowboard are not casting a shadow on the man beside him facing the opposite direction.
Finally, if he is skiing, how come there is no snow on the ground or on the hill behind him? How far away from the snow was this photo meant to be taken?
As for the flower, zoom the image and you can see that it is also added in.
Basically, this whole picture ahs been pieced together from many different sources.
