Its still hot here in s. texas, but not numbingly hot. I made a nice chicken soup on Friday when we had a short cold front. I made some biscuits Saturday morning. I made a big skillet of fajitas last night and had that with hot tortillas. Just start feeling like eating more meat. Can't wait for turkey. I'll eat turkey anytime of the year, but it is just too hot to turn on the oven, even with AC.
