Gamblers have always had the chance to leave Atlantic City, N.J., casinos with more than they came in with.

But the latest promotion at one casino takes that to a new extreme.

The Trump Taj Mahal will give $25,000 worth of plastic surgery to one lucky winner.

The winner from a player's card contest can mix and match various types of surgery, including breast jobs, tummy tucks, liposuction and face lifts, until the total hits $25,000.
