6. Piers Morgan (yuk, to be honest) on CNN last night interviewed
one of the executors of MJ's estate, so I cruised on over to Youtube to watch a few videos -- the poor man seemed completely warped by his experiences in the music business, but there is no denying how gifted he was; he was simply a fantastic performer and that includes singing, dancing, showmanship, etc.

7. I took him for granted
He was ALL over the place when I was a teenager and had so many fans he didn't need me. I liked his songs but the attention he got for freaky stuff put me off.
Then when he was gone I listened to him different... And then I got the movie This Is It. I can't watch that movie without crying through half of it, he just sounds so good. I'm always gonna wish I'd seen him in concert.
